The following instructions are for submitting a digital photo of your dog for the Canine Heritage™ Breed Test.  If a photo is uploaded for your sample, it will be printed on your Certificate of Canine Breed Analysis at no extra charge. 

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE UPLOADING A PHOTO

• A photo can ONLY be submitted once you have purchased and received your Canine Heritage™ Breed Test Kit in the mail. 
  
  
• Have your sample submission form available and identify the unique Test ID number at the top right hand corner of your form. 
  
  
• Only JPEG (file extension .jpg) photos are accepted
  
  
• Digital photo must not exceed 2 MB (megabyte) in size or have a resolution of 2400 x 1800 or less (Check your e-mail provider for limitations or restrictions on attachment size)
  
  
• If you are submitting photos for more than one sample, please send each photo in a separate e-mail

Please read the instructions completely before attempting to send your digital photo.

1. Digital photos are sent via e-mail to the following address: photo@canineheritage.com
   
   
2. In the subject line of the e-mail, type in your unique Test ID number as it is seen in the top right hand corner of the form.  Be sure to include all letters and numbers identified underneath the barcode. Example: GPE2940
   Important! Please double check that you have typed your unique Test ID number correctly.  If your Test ID number is incorrect, your photo will not be printed on your Certificate of Canine Breed Analysis* 
   
   
3. Rename digital photo with the unique Test ID number found on your sample submission form
   
   
4. Attach photo to e-mail
   
   
5. Send e-mail
